The products are prepared for shipment by passing through certain quality control points. No damaged, used or problematic products are shipped. If there is a problem with the production defect in the product, change & dispatch of new products are shipped free of charge according to the stock status.

 

If the buyer wants to replace the product for whatever reason, he can send it back and exchange the products. Customs and shipping cost belongs to the Buyer.

The fee to resend the replaced item still belongs to the buyer.
